


Peach filling
- 1 1/2 jars of peaches in heavy syrup
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 5 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract – feel free to be generous
- Pinch of salt
Topping
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup melted unsalted butter
Cook on 400 for 15 minutes then turn temp down to 375 and cook for an hour or until the top is golden brown.
